Sneaky Geek Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Free shipping is available for orders over $75.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Sneaky Geek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages:
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Please take adequate photos of the damaged package and damaged goods.
- Sneaky Geek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Though we are not liable we will help work toward rectifying the issue with you. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will work with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
